"Suweg" is one form of grass-umbian found on the island of Java, Indonesia. Suweg can be used for diabetics because have low IG that 42. Suweg processed products that have been circulating in the market is suweg crackers, noodless, gelatin, glue materials, cosmetics. Development to serve the other processed products is still minimal. Although there have been bread with suweg basic ingredients, but not many are found in market. If it can be processed more, it will increase the selling value of suweg known as a safe food for diabetics
